Refund Policy

We strive to ensure Your satisfaction with our mentorship programs. Our refund policy is as follows:

Refund Eligibility

1. You will be eligible for a 100% refund if you raise the refund request within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If the refund request is raised beyond 24 hours from the time of purchase, you will not be eligible for any refund.

   Example:

   If you purchase a course on 1st March at 3:00 PM, you must raise the refund request by 2nd March at 3:00 PM to be eligible for a 100% refund. If the request is raised after 2nd March at 3:00 PM, no refund will be provided.

2. Important Notes: 2% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process

1. To request a refund, contact us at support@greeksiq.com with Your purchase details (order ID, email address, etc.).

2. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to Your original payment method.
